Minor bug when reconciling credit cards

I'm not sure if I'm in the right place to reports bugs, but I couldn't find any other option. If this is not the right forum for this, please point me in the right direction.

I've run across a minor, but annoying, bug when reconciling Credit Card accounts. If there is a balance due, a "Make Credit Card Payment" dialog box pops up allowing you to, well, make a payment. There is also a check box titled "Don't show me this screen again." It simply doesn't work. No matter how many times I check that box, the dialog box appears the next time I reconcile my credit card.

I know (or at least I'm 99.9% certain) this used to work. It doesn't now. Is there a remedy?

    This issue is a known bug that has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution.

    Once a solution has been created it will be made available as part of a future release.

    Sounds like this fix in the R38.XX release, that is in the staged release/paused mode right now.
