login error

can not log into bank info on my ipad. Comp. log in works good, therefor password is correct. I was update info using the reset function

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What financial institution are you having issues logging in to? What is the connection method with this financial institution? Are you receiving any error codes or messages when attempting to add these accounts or when attempting to sign in? Is your computer a Mac or a Windows device?
