Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I recommend that you Reset all Quicken printer settings by following the steps provided below.- Open the File menu.
- Validate and Repair File...
- At the bottom of the Validate and Repair window, check the box for "Reset all Quicken printer settings".
- Close the Data Log when it opens
- Close Quicken (keep closed for at least 5 seconds)
- Reopen Quicken

Also, Microsoft released an update that caused printers to not work.. This has been in the last 10 days or so. Be sure that you have the latest Microsoft updates.-1

Suggested fix by Anja for printer/scanner problem did not work. Need other suggestions to try please. Mike Bohart0

Do you have another application that supports scanning, for example something that came with the scanner? Does that work? -- Trying to tell whether the problem is with the scanner Windows setup or with Quicken.QWin Premier subscription0
