Error connecting with enabled Chase account

I am unable to send online payments from my Quicken Premier to my bank (Chase). I have enabled the checking account for online payments, but as soon as I enter Send in the enabled account, I get the error message that I have no enabled accounts. I have verified that it is enabled in the Online Settings for the account as well as in the Account List. I will attach screenshots if allowed.
