That suggests that, maybe, somewhere along the line trying to reauthorize a new Account got added to your Quicken file without you noticing it and might be already connected to Chase. That happened to me with the switchover to EWC for Discover. The Account had no name and was up in the Checking/Savings/Cash portion of the Account Bar and I overlooked it, and I got that same "Don't Add to Quicken" message. You might check if anything similar to that happened here0

When I do an update in Quicken I am told to reauthorize through chase. Goes to a screen that says a bunch of phone numbers and at top says Request denied? I deactivated my accounts and tried to reactivate downloads but same thing happens.0

Hello @bgrcgbg,
Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with authorizing your Chase account(s).If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
I am looking forward to hearing your response!
