There is a closed thread for this back in 2021. At that time it was "mysteriously" solved. It's happening again: Since about Oct-11-2022 I get OL-297 error when try to update accounts from Citi Personal Wealth Management. Same error if try to set up new account or reset present account. Worked fine for several years. Anybody use this institution (not the same a Citi regular site which works fine)? Any suggestions?

I have the same OL-297-A error with Citi PWM that started about 2 weeks ago. I tried the support article instructions to no avail. My other Citi accounts (Checking & CC's) are updating correctly though have had issues in the past.
  • I'm having the same problem with Citi PWM. Regular Citi bank and Citi credit card accounts work fine. I found if I keep trying during the day I can eventually get download to work, but highly unreliable.

Did you install Windows 10 or 11 Security Updates for October?
If so, you need to install an additional Windows Update to fix this issue.

    Thank you UKR. SOLVED

I have Win 10 22H2. I applied kb5020435 and that fixed the problem with Citi Wealth Management

Thanks UKR for the solution. The Win 10, Version 21H2 Update on 10/12/2022 likely caused the connection issue.

Installing the Feature update, Version 22H2, AND the Cumulative Update Preview (KB5018482, released on 10/25/2022 for my OS build) fixed the issue.
