I can download transactions from Capital One credit card but NO statements will download

    Unfortunately, Capital One is currently unavailable to be added as an Online Biller which is why you are unable to download their statements. For information regarding this, please refer to this Community Alert.

    Statements aren't supposed to download ... only transactions that APPEAR on those statements.
    OR, or you trying to display the statements as if they were Bills?

    Yes I pay off the statements. I download statements from Discover, Chase and many others

    HOW?  In what format?  Because, except for the Bill Manager, Q doesn't download statements ... and I have several credit cards issued by Chase.

    SO, you're actually saying that you can't get CapOne statement via Bill Manager.  Is that right?

    In the Bills, Income & Transfers view, have you tried to Review and Repair Online Billers? (Click the Actions gear icon, select Review and Repair / Review and Repair Online Billers.
    You may have to wait one or two days for any change to work its way thru the daily server update processes before new results become available.
