Problems signing in

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I recently changed my email address for Quicken. Now I can't sign in. I can't change my sign in email when I log into Quicken. The popup for signing in on the internet keeps popping up. It won't stop. A couple of times I got messages that online services were down, and to try again in 15 minutes. Three days later, I received that message again. Is this a common problem? It won't let me sync either.

I should add, that when I sign in to my Quicken account on my desktop, I get in, but then I'm directed to sign into the online Quicken with my former email address. I can't get beyond that point.0

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
