As recommended above, I just now switched the download FROM Fidelity Rewards Credit Card TO Elan Financial Services. Then I did an update, twice, but the statement balance is still missing the cents. I will also submit a problem report to Quicken. I just ran another update using the Elan Financial Services download and it correctly downloaded the cents for the statement balance, woo-hoo!, I can finally reconcile this account.
