Can I use my Quicken Canada account to access my US bank account? and the other way around?

If you are using Quicken Mac, the answer is yes.  If you are using Quicken Windows, the answer is no.

Currently QMac is the only product that provides access to both US and CA banks within the same software. That said. there are plans for QWin too:
