Schwab accounts still not updating despite claims the issue is fixed. It is March 8 and have not been able to download since Feb 26th…… Yesterday a Quicken moderator said the problem was fixed. All that has changed is that instead of showing the 501 errors, the download message is update complete - when it is not. Also Capital one accounts not downloading either…. sigh
Was working earlier today, and now it's down again. Bummers.
I have exactly the same comments left by AJH63. I have spent over 8 hours with Quicken level support on Thursday and Friday. Today 3/8/23 the problem still exists. Sometimes CC501 or CC506. Friday, after about 4 hours on telphone with an L2 and countless 1) signing in as a different user 2)Deactivating all 6 Schwab accounts at the same time 3)Reactivating them one at a time and 4) downloading we were able to download lots of matched transactions including some new transactions, but not always all. Repeat, repeat. Monday and Tuesday and Today Wednesday back to square one. Today after doing all of the above a transaction which occured Friday (only one was available in this account) was downloaded into an account. A transaction which occured today would not download until Iwent through everything above except deactivation. But The Schwab Bank will not download the new transaction which occured today eith as part of a grouped download or trying to download just the one bank account, which Quicken askes me toy supply the Schwab password which is already in the password vauly. Then I'm told the download was successful but it did not download.
Very frustrating, especially when different specialists are unaware of what is currently happening .

Same issues as above. Looking at changing to a different software after 20 years. Having some of the same issues with USAA.
My schwab connection has been erratic at best over the past few months. When working properly, I am able to download transactions from two different login. Both my wife and I have our own accounts, and we therefore need to be able to connect with both logins.
Starting this week, that logic is clearly broken and something changed. Now we are able to only download from one or the other, but not both. If I try to add the other login, it breaks the one that is set up.
It's pretty frustrating that every month or two I lose several hours dealing with a connector that stop working.
Quicken - please acknowledge that this is a known issue and provide an ETA for a fix.

Same issue as many others. I do not get an error message—Quicken states that all transactions have been downloaded for Schwab Bank and Schwab Brokerage. While there are lots of actual transactions, none have actually downloaded to Quicken. Last successful downloads were 2/17/2023. I've tried resetting accounts and deactivating online setup (followed by new activation). Nothing works. Please fix!
Same here on Quicken Mac. Schwab transactions didn't download. I reconnected account and it seemed to work that one time.
Ive used Quicken for almost 30 years, have a lifetime of financial data locked up in Quicken files, and now find that I am unable to use the program due to problems with my Schwab accounts. The program does not recognize securities when information is downloaded about them even though they are listed in my Holdings. Every time I launch quicken to do anything at all I spend 5 minutes shutting down dozens of dialogue boxes asking me to match the securities manually (but which just refuse, saying that the securities are already in the accounts). The accounts can't be deactivated because the program claims there are transactions that haven't been cleared, but those transactions do not appear anywhere. In the last 4 months I've spent about 30 hours with a variety of techs and two Tier 2 agents; nothing helps. The last Tier 2 agent left me with no expectation that the problem would ever be resolved. I would like to switch to another financial management program, as I've reached the limits of my patience with both the glitches and the ineptitude, but I haven't found one with all the functionalities that I need. I'd somehow print reports of everything from Quicken that I might need someday (cost basis adjustments to my home and the like) and stop paying for a subscription that is causing nothing but trouble.
Anyone have a recommendation for a substitute? There's no excuse for what's happening.
As a 30 year user of Quicken, I find it inconceivable that this problem has not been fixed. I've talked with quicken support people many times and all I get is "we are working on the problem and are sorry for the inconvenience". This has been a known problem since the middle of 2022. I don't understand why it has not been solved.
So many people with this problem, and not a peep from the Quicken team. Where are you support?
Perhaps if everyone replies again indicating that they have an issue, this will be addressed. It's not even marked as a known issue.
