    Same issues and problems for me with Schwab downloads. Downloads failed for some time in November. Fixed. Same problems started again in January with many missing transactions. Now none of my 9 accounts is downloading anything. Deactivating and Reauthorizing all didn't help.

    Two Tier 2 techs disagree whether my problem is due to the Schwab acquisition of TD Ameritrade deal that Quicken believes is causing the current problem, or something else is. As I got a CC 506 error code, I'm told by one Tier 2 Supervisor that my problem is different than the new Schwab-Ameritrade issue, for which Quicken has not yet created an error code. The other Tier 2 Supervisor thinks my problems are caused by changes to the Schwab server as Schwab integrates Ameritrade into its system.

    I'm told I have now been escalated beyond Tier 2 with no estimated date for a fix.

    This has been very painful already as my financial adviser and I have spent some 20-30 hours over the past three weeks with Schwab and Quicken seeking a resolution. After coming close to a successful resolution with one Tier 2 tech, we have never been able to get back to him and have since discussed this issue with some 10 other techs as no one person takes charge or stays on the issue until it is resolved. Having to go back to square one with a number of techs is extremely frustrating to me, and no doubt many other Quicken customers, and has to be extremely inefficient at Quicken's end as well. Senseless and inexcusable.

    I will report back if, as and when my issues have been fixed. Meanwhile, this mess becomes larger and larger as more transactions occur and can't be downloaded. Ugh!!!

  • Me too. While troubleshooting this with a tech about 30 minutes ago, he said a general Schwab alert is being issued, and he asked me to upload a copy of my log files to help their investigation. He said to wait 48 hours and try again; no other hints or instruction.

    Same song, 100th verse. Schwab checking is only account that updates and the least one i need to update. Been manually inputting data in Schwab accounts since November. Seriously considering not renewing Quicken this year in May when I am due. Thought we we paying annual subscription now so that Quicken could invest and provide a better product. Sure doesn't seem that way

    Hi All, Can you try updating your accounts again and letting me know if you are still having issues? We had an issue earlier that is now resolved. If you are still expereincing issues, please go to Help > Report a problem and submit a problem report with log files AND screenshots of any error messages or pop-ups that you are seeing. Thank you.

    Schwab accounts still not updating despite claims the issue is fixed. It is March 8 and have not been able to download since Feb 26th…… Yesterday a Quicken moderator said the problem was fixed. All that has changed is that instead of showing the 501 errors, the download message is update complete - when it is not. Also Capital one accounts not downloading either…. sigh

    I have exactly the same comments left by AJH63.
    I have spent over 8 hours with Quicken level support on Thursday and Friday. Today 3/8/23 the problem still exists. Sometimes CC501 or CC506. Friday, after about 4 hours on telphone with an L2 and countless 1) signing in as a different user 2)Deactivating all 6 Schwab accounts at the same time 3)Reactivating them one at a time and 4) downloading we were able to download lots of matched transactions including some new transactions, but not always all. Repeat, repeat. Monday and Tuesday and Today Wednesday back to square one. Today after doing all of the above a transaction which occured Friday (only one was available in this account) was downloaded into an account. A transaction which occured today would not download until Iwent through everything above except deactivation. But The Schwab Bank will not download the new transaction which occured today eith as part of a grouped download or trying to download just the one bank account, which Quicken askes me toy supply the Schwab password which is already in the password vauly. Then I'm told the download was successful but it did not download.

    Very frustrating, especially when different specialists are unaware of what is currently happening .

    Ive been using quicken for over 20 years. Help!

    Same issues as above. Looking at changing to a different software after 20 years. Having some of the same issues with USAA.

    I am having the same issue. Just opened a new account at Schwab and have only been able to get one download successfully completed. Message says "CC-501 | 36917718136976385 1 account" and clicking on that says "1 account (as a link)" clicking on that names the account and says "No transactions to review. Holdings updated as of 3/7/2023 at 10:00 p.m." But there were MANY transactions in that account on 3/7/23. This is going to be a real problem if not fixed.

    UPDATE. I am now able to download my Schwab, Citi and Cap One accounts. All use Web express connection to Quicken. In each case I successfully reset the accounts. In the Edit Details tab for your account, select the Online Services tab and Reset. Once downloaded, I cross checked with my accounts (on web) to verify. For Schwab and Citi all transactions since last connect, downloaded and also reconciled with ones I had manually entered (and holdings are accurate). For Cap One, it didn't bring down/match some of the transactions I had manually entered, but all is now up to date. Hopefully, this is a one time account reset.....

    UPDATE: JFYI This morning the One Step Update summary suggested it had connected/downloaded successfully all accounts. Alas Cap One, Citi and Schwab did not download. I was able to individually connect/download to Cap One and Citi successfully but Schwab threw the usual 501 errors but resetting the account fixed it. Obviously not an optimal way to work but also highlights that the One Step Update summary reports inaccurately. I have notified Quicken Support of this too.....

    My schwab connection has been erratic at best over the past few months. When working properly, I am able to download transactions from two different login. Both my wife and I have our own accounts, and we therefore need to be able to connect with both logins.

    Starting this week, that logic is clearly broken and something changed. Now we are able to only download from one or the other, but not both. If I try to add the other login, it breaks the one that is set up.

    It's pretty frustrating that every month or two I lose several hours dealing with a connector that stop working.

    Quicken - please acknowledge that this is a known issue and provide an ETA for a fix.

    Same issue as many others. I do not get an error message—Quicken states that all transactions have been downloaded for Schwab Bank and Schwab Brokerage. While there are lots of actual transactions, none have actually downloaded to Quicken. Last successful downloads were 2/17/2023. I've tried resetting accounts and deactivating online setup (followed by new activation). Nothing works. Please fix!

    Same here on Quicken Mac. Schwab transactions didn't download. I reconnected account and it seemed to work that one time.

    Ive used Quicken for almost 30 years, have a lifetime of financial data locked up in Quicken files, and now find that I am unable to use the program due to problems with my Schwab accounts. The program does not recognize securities when information is downloaded about them even though they are listed in my Holdings. Every time I launch quicken to do anything at all I spend 5 minutes shutting down dozens of dialogue boxes asking me to match the securities manually (but which just refuse, saying that the securities are already in the accounts). The accounts can't be deactivated because the program claims there are transactions that haven't been cleared, but those transactions do not appear anywhere. In the last 4 months I've spent about 30 hours with a variety of techs and two Tier 2 agents; nothing helps. The last Tier 2 agent left me with no expectation that the problem would ever be resolved. I would like to switch to another financial management program, as I've reached the limits of my patience with both the glitches and the ineptitude, but I haven't found one with all the functionalities that I need. I'd somehow print reports of everything from Quicken that I might need someday (cost basis adjustments to my home and the like) and stop paying for a subscription that is causing nothing but trouble.

    Anyone have a recommendation for a substitute? There's no excuse for what's happening.

    Same problems with Schw accounts not recognized or not listed and not downloading. Going on for weeks. I spent lots of time on the phone with a Quicken representative who was very nice but who had no idea how to fix the problem. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM, Quicken.

    I am also having this problem. For me, when I do a one-step update or try to update directly to the specific Schwab account register, it takes me through the setup routine. Everything seems to be OK (no error messages), but when I get to the last dialog box, under "Action" the only option is "Don't add to Quicken." Not editable. Image attached. Quicken appears to try to download transactions, and even shows "successful" on the online update status dialog box, but no transactions download. Then when I go back out to "Edit Account Settings/Online Services" the online setup is not is prompting me to (again) set up online updates.

    Tried to download my six schwab accounts this morning and one downloaded correctly. Five did not and I was prompted to "fix". I "fixed" all accounts yesterday and I don't have a spare hour to do it today so I'll have to wait to get my stock transactions, dividend payments and bank transactions "fixed" tomorrow. I did download the latest quicken software updates early yesterday. :-(

    I have been having similar problems that started last week. Quicken was telling me some Schwab accounts do not exist or could not be updated. I then deleted and reactivated in order to get the latest information losing the historical data. I am now finding that some bond names are being truncated, not carrying the full Schwab name or bonds are being combined making it very difficult to reconcile since I no longer trust quicken to be accurate.

    As a 30 year user of Quicken, I find it inconceivable that this problem has not been fixed. I've talked with quicken support people many times and all I get is "we are working on the problem and are sorry for the inconvenience". This has been a known problem since the middle of 2022. I don't understand why it has not been solved.

    I went through thye 'Routine" again today to get each Schwab account up to date for the last five days. Deactivate each account separately link each account. Most of the time this works, if not, repeat.

    So many people with this problem, and not a peep from the Quicken team. Where are you support?

    Perhaps if everyone replies again indicating that they have an issue, this will be addressed. It's not even marked as a known issue.

    I still have the issue! I am using Quicken only one or twice a week because it takes up so much time fixing the downloads-and I have many.
    I'm very disappointed.
