Citibank CC Incorrect Balance

Sane reconcile problem with Citibank that occurred when I updated to latest update at end of April. It appears to have forgotten previous reconcile amount or is not reconciling to the online amount. I went to a previous data backup where I know the download worked and it still did not reconcile properly. Connect method is direct connect to Citi Cards. Ver 49.28, Build 27.1.49.29....
