Citi Gives a connection error When trying to sync mobile and web.

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
Everything connects and syncs from one step update but when i try to sync with the web and mobile it gives a connection error for only citi. It shows the password as being blank, however in the main password window it is there and fine.
