Did you mistype your sign-in info?

This problem has just continued to spread over the past year as I have more and more banks that I have previously been able to connect to, now giving me this "Did you mistype your sign-in info?" error.

Banks at this point include:

Three Rivers FCU, EdFinancial Services, Home Depot (Citibank), Kohl's, Military Star, PayPal, Target, & Mr. Cooper. I know these all have the capability as one of the competitor apps does the downloads with no issues.

    Hello @JeffMS331,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connect Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
    2. Sign Out...
    3. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
    4. Follow the prompts to be taken back to your data file after signing in

Once that is done, see if the issue still persists.

Let us know how it goes!

I followed those steps, tried a couple of the banks, same issue. I know the user name/password is correct.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
