why is the payee drop down box all shaded in Blue. Very hard to read now. How do I get rid of he blue background in the drop down

When you open the drop down box, the background is all blue instead of white. you are trying to read black type on a blue background instead of what was black tyoe on a white background

When did you first notice this issue? Does this happen every time you are entering/editing a transaction? If not, please provide more detail exactly what actions seem to trigger the blue background.
