Our teams have discovered that users who are currently attempting to migrate to the new connection method for Wells Fargo will see a screen where they can choose the connection method of Express Web Connect or Direct Connect.
If a user sees the screen to choose Express Web Connect or Direct Connect, please attempt to walk through the following steps:
- Choose Express Web Connect as the connection method
- Link the accounts that are only Express Web Connect
- Any Direct Connect accounts should be "Don't add to Quicken/Ignore"
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
