Fi's serviced by Alkami can not be added as an ebiller

Alkami is a third party that provides a digital banking platform to a number of financial institutions. When trying to add one of these financial institutions as an ebiller, Quicken is not able to log in successfully and a "Locked" error is returned. I primarily use Quicken for Mac but have tested this with both the Mac and Windows version with the same result.

Hello @bshopay,
What is the name of the financial institution?
Also, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.
Thanks!

Alkami is not on the FIDIR list for QWin. I do not know if they are on the FIDIR list for QMac. Which means that Alkami does not support Quicken.
As @Quicken Jasmine asked: Which FI are you trying to get setup online services for in Quicken?
But also, do you have an online account with your own unique login with that FI?
