Is the one step compromised?
Since my greatest economic exposure is through the connections in my one-step, I am not feeling very confident in the security implied by Quicken's inability to solve the current problem.

What current problem? And what do you believe such has to do with security?

Hello @steven rudnick,
While there is an issue with One Step Update that is affecting many users (discussed in this thread), you did not state what problem you are encountering, so we have no way to know if you're affected by that issue or if you are encountering a different one. Could you please answer @NotACPA's questions so we can assist you further?
Thank you!
Quicken Kristina

I encountered the problem as described. I simply asked whether this in any way represented a security issue. The responses are inappropriate.

@steven rudnick IF you're receiving a CC-501 (you never actually state WHAT your issue is), you can follow this link to the FAQ about that code … also note that is has NOTHING to do with security.
