Has the zip code error been fixed? Canada
I am trying to purchase Quicken from the Canadian site and it is wanting me to enter a zip code. I tried entering a zip code, that did not work. I tried entering my postal code (once with spaces, once with no spaces), and that did not work. I found several threads mentioning the same issue but did not find a definitive answer in any of them. Has this been corrected yet? If I go to Quicken, it takes me to the US site. If I click on product selector, it takes me to the Canadian site. Still the same issue at checkout.
Canadian site used: quicken dot com / canada / product selector - ca

This is the second post I have seen recently on this. The other person ended up having to contact Quicken Support to get them to do the purchase. You might try any US zip code and see if that works, for instance: 20001

Put in any valid postal code. It doesn't matter and isn't used for anything else.

I've tried using my valid postal code and it gives me an error message saying use a valid postal code. Not sure how to proceed. I've had a sibling and parent look at it too. They're all stumped.

Tried that as well. No luck. Thanks for passing along the info!

It seems more and more putting in a random zip code no longer works for purchases made outside of the US. This makes it even more important for Quicken to resolve this issue, at least for our Canadian neighbors.
You might want to read what this person in Italy ended up doing to get around the zip code issue. They ended up using "a virtual rechargeable credit card from Revolut". I'm not sure that would be a viable option for you but I think they hit on something that makes sense. That being that a prepaid credit or debit vehicle might not have a zip code authorization requirement so it does not get flagged when placing the order. Other options to consider:
- Try paying with PayPal.
- Buy Quicken from a retail outlet (making sure you do not buy one for new users only). The activation code can be used when renewing.
- Contact Quicken Support for assistance.

@Boatnmaniac Candian users don't have the option of buying from a retailer, at least that is my understanding.

@Chris_QPW my dad has been using it for 10-15+ years (in Canada) and I had a subscription but let it lapse for (expired end of 2022). It has a Canadian site with Canadian product options.

I recently tried to purchase business & personal from what I thought was Quicken Canada website.
Address showed the zipcode so it did not take my billing/mailing address.
So then I tried to connect to PayPal. PayPal connected properly, but the purchase for Quicken Business & Personal did not go through.
I honestly clicked way too many times I could have risked being double charged. I even tried a different card number.
Then I searched support this seems to be an regular issue of Quicken Canada not working. I saw 2022 and 2023. and it's now January 2024. it's not working to make the purchase for someone in Canada.

There was another thread where one person purchasing Quicken on the Canadian site figured out how to make the "zip code" (which should be called postal code) work. You need to type in the code like this XXX YYY. The space in the middle is required. See if that works for you.
EDIT: Just to make sure this is the Canadian site:
