Neither Top Spending Categories nor Portfolio Value have an option for Last 12 months even though Net Worth does. It couldn't be that hard to make these Cards more usable.

Thank you for coming to the Community and sharing your feedback! You're not the only one who would like to see a "last 12 months" option added to the portfolio. I recommend that you visit this Idea post and add your vote and a comment:
You could also add your vote and a comment to this Idea requesting consistency across all the dashboard tiles:
Aside from the more general request above, I am not yet seeing any Idea posts specifically asking for the 12 month view to be added to the Top Spending Categories tile. If you would like to create an Idea post requesting that feature be added, you can use this link for instructions on how to do so.
