Suddenly can't connect to WSFS. It has been days and I keep receiving a message to try again later. Later never comes. I receive CC-501 along with a message NOT to contact bank the problem is not on their side. I have deactivated the account and reactivated it, still get the error message.

    Hello @feobrien,

Could you please list the full name of your bank?

    Thanks!

WSFS Bank Wilmington Savings Fund Society. I've also opened a ticket through the application with all of the details, but no one responds.

    Hello @feobrien,

Please be aware that the problem report submissions that are sent via Help > Report a Problem do not create/open an actual ticket and as stated at the top of the submission box, you will not receive a direct response through these submissions. These submissions help our teams in further investigating an issue and go directly to a database that is accessible by members of our Product and Development teams as well as our support team, Tier 2 team, and escalation teams. They are reviewed daily, but mainly to track multiple reports of the same trending issues or to request log files for troubleshooting/escalation purposes. When multiple reports of the same issue are received, then those reports are investigated further.

As for the CC-501 error that you are receiving; This error is usually caused on the bank’s end and means that the Quicken server is being blocked from connecting to the account. Typically these errors self-resolve within 24 hours. If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more information.

As stated in the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.

Please, click here to review Quicken Support's hours of operation.

Well, it has been weeks since this has worked. It has not resolved itself. I had the same problem with Morgan Stanley, that took several weeks and not 24 hours before it was resolved. The message I receive from Quicken says it is not the bank's problem. I work long days and am currently out of the country. I will try to find a time to call and open a ticket. In this day and age, one would think the issues identified would generate an action, particularly given this is a subscription service. Other subscription services I have auto generate the ticket from the app when I have reported a problem.
