This is a follow-up to this thread which was closed:

I'm still getting this issue. I've validated and super-validated. I'm using the latest version of Quicken 57.12.

I click on the little triangle to the right of the one step update button and select "Update Settings". I enter my password and hit the "Settings…" button. I hit the all link on the top line to the right of "Download transactions and balances". Everything gets selected (except the last 3 online services). I hit the Apply button. I hit Close. When I go back to Update Settings, all the accounts are unchecked. Funnily enough, it does persist my settings for the online services.

I see numerous posts on this topic so other people have been experiencing this for some time.

It was closed because @Quicken Kristina asked you a question on 4/30 and you never replied. When a post goes for 30+ days with no activity, it gets closed.

I have no problem with the previous post being closed. It took me a while to get some free time to follow up which I am doing now.
