Just wanted to post for others having this issue that I fought for a while when trying to install on a new computer. I posted back in October about the blank login screen issue I was having:

I went through everything in the multiple help documents but nothing helped. What it ended up being was the ad blocker that was on my router. Not sure what it was but I manually assigned my computers DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 and the blank login screen issue was fixed. Logged in successfully, opened by data file, closed quicken, opened it back up without issues. I then set DNS back to automatic and it has continued to work without issues.
