CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND at TD Bank
(This issue was originally posted about 3 hours ago, but has since disappeared from this site. There was a reply that I would have loved to have seen. Here it is again:)
I'm using Quicken Classic Starter (Canada) 7.8.1 on MacOS. I've been successfully syncing with my TD bank accounts for many years. I added a new account at TD and am trying to get that to connect.
I am having a similar problem with a credit card which used to work properly.
I've tried signing out of Quicken and signing in again.
Any ideas what to do?

I just updated to Quicken 7.8.2. No difference.

There is some of your personal banking information in your "Connection Status" window post. I'd recommend deleting this screenshot.

I escalated this error through tech support yesterday as a heads up as well. The issue was escalated and hopefully engineering is working on a fix. My post on this topic was deleted without any info from quicken as to why…

Could have something to do with "global" Windows outage caused by Crowdstrike.

To troubleshoot a CC-800 error, please backup your Quicken file, then deactivate the affected accounts. Please go to Accounts>Hide & Show Accounts to check for any accounts that are closed/inactive on the financial institution side, but still trying to connect in Quicken. Once the affected accounts are deactivated, please reconnect them by going to Accounts>Add Account and following the prompts.

I have sent in more information as of July 19th to tech support but they have gone dark since so monitoring the above linked thread in hopes my quicken will work once again!
