Hello @mpsasot,
What exactly is occurring? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Did this issue begin after a recent update?
I look forward to your response.

This is a screenshot of the error I get when trying to connect my TD Bank accounts with Quicken for Mac. I tried to reauthorize my credentials and again I get the same message. This is happening since Friday 9th.
Thanks

I am having the same issue as well. TD bank and Quicken both say there is no ETA to resolve this issue. Very frustrating not to know what is going on and why it is taking so long to fix.

@Kim Choma This doesn't really help with the issue, but just so you know, there is almost never an ETA from Quicken on when there will be a fix to a connectivity issue. That's mostly because it's almost always out of Quicken's hands: Quicken relies on Intuit, their connectivity provider, and possibly the bank, to implement a solution. Resolving Intuit/Quicken connectivity problems unfortunately quite often ranks very low on the priority list for the IT departments at financial institutions. And Intuit, which manages connectivity with more than 10,000 financial institutions, never seems particularly quick at getting these issues resolved.

Thanks for putting on this that this is in the hands of INTUIT….. Not necessarily QUICKEN… Just to add …. QUICKEN has been no help at all… THREE DIFFERENT Times I have been in touch with them…. same old thing…. NO ETA…. "thank you for your patience…" But no real answers…..

I wonder if all the people subscribing to Quicken on a yearly basis decided to either cancel their subscription or not renew it when it comes due would make a difference or maybe Quicken can afford to lose that much business who knows just saying sure hope they get the problem fixed soon

@jimmyman342 As I wrote above, Quicken is generally powerless to fix connectivity problems; they report them to Intuit, and then it's on Intuit to diagnose, reach out to the financial institution when necessary, and to get a fix implemented. If people don't renew their Quicken subscriptions, it won't help the situation because those cancellations wouldn't affect Intuit. If a lot of people leave Quicken over time, then the company would have an existential problem. Unfortunately, leaving Quicken in protest over a connectivity problem is unlikely to have any impact because there's nothing Quicken can do to get connectivity problems resolved more quickly.

Hello All,
Please be aware that this issue lies on TD Bank's servers, which Quicken does not have access too. Also, please take note that this issue has now been extended to affecting Direct Connect as well. Due to that, we do not recommend attempting to switch to Direct Connect as that will not help this issue. However, not every user will experience this issue, hence why there may be some users who utilize Direct Connect who are not experiencing any issues. For any further updates or information, please follow this link to bookmark the alert.
I hope this clears things up!
