ONGOING 11/15/24 Charles Schwab - Downloading Transactions Using Yesterdays Date
Our teams have discovered that users downloading from Charles Schwab will receive transactions with incorrect dates. The dates are one day earlier than the actual transaction date. We are currently working with Charles Schwab on correcting this issue.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

ONGOING: 11/15/24
Our team continues to work on this issue, but a root cause has been found:
The date/timestamp format used by Schwab on investment transactions was updated by Schwab to use a date with a timestamp of 00:00 GMT/UTC (example:2024-11-06T00:00:00Z). Quicken services use (and have always used, based on standards with other financial institutions) Pacific Time to interpret date/timestamps, so this new timestamp is interpreted by Quicken as 16:00 on the previous day.
We've worked with Schwab to revert this change, however, we have been unsuccessful, so our engineering team is working on a process to 'fix' the data on our end prior to downloading into Quicken. This requires some more extensive work on our end, but we hope to have a fix in place within a few weeks (although, depending on the complexity of the issue, it could be sooner or later—we will work to keep you updated).
