Manage saved reports: move multiple saved reports to folder in one action

Quicken does not allow to select MULTIPLE saved reports to move to a selected folder. It does allow to do it one by one which is extremely tedious if you created many reports in the past. Called help desk who confirmed the feature is missing and advised me to post it here. Maybe someone at quicken will consider allowing their users to be more efficient in organizing their saved reports. :-)

As a long time Quicken Classic user, well ocer 30 years, I have generated hundreds of reports. Many of them are used frequently, especially with my investment accounts. I have generated many reports with very specific details of stock investments, and try to save them by their report type. I have ended up with many report folders that have exceeded. or are just about to exceed, the maximum number of reports per folder. I believe the maximum number of reports per folder is 250.

When the max number is reached I need to break up my reports into multiple folders. Moving reports one at a time is a major waste of time. There needs to be the capability to manage reports in bulk by being able to select and move many reports from one folder to another.

Rather than saving all those reports in Quicken, if the reports have combinations of settings that you only use once (specific date ranges for example) you might consider saving a smaller number of report templates with the common settings and generating PDF copies of the specific reports.

An advantage of this approach is that sometimes Quicken updates break saved reports so your saved reports may give different results than when you first ran them. Also if you change or correct historical data, saved reports may produce different results than when you first ran them. This may or may not be what you want.
