I keep getting sync errors

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

I am getting an error when i try to sync my accounts. The error is it always say that i am syncing older data to the cloud, why do i keep getting this error?

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    On November 2nd i submitted an email to the community with a screenshot of the error i have been receiving. unfortunately, i cannot find the screen shot on my computer, however the error has not been appearing for the past few days.

    Unfortunately, if you respond via email, those responses do not come through to the Community as the email notifications are sent from no-reply emails.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
