CU created Bill reminder

Question

I have a loan with a CU.  In online update the first time thru the CU created a loan  account but it also created a Bill Reminder. Every month when it process's the online update it changes the bill reminder also. The issue I have with the reminder is I am unable to edit any of the fields even though there is an edit function available. It seems that the fields in the split are protected but I have been unable to find a feature the would do that and the help info does not show any info.

for Quicken windows if you choose to download a loan account you can't change anything about the payments. It is set up as believe whatever is downloaded from the financial institution.
