I too have the same problem. Credits show as charges, and charges show as credits. Also, missing a few transactions.

I believe this issue may be fully resolved. Today I was looking at my Account list from the Tool menu and saw Nordstrom not connected, so I clicked the link to connect. It took multiple online passcode sends, but it appears to now be working.
A word of caution about this fix. All transactions back to October, 2024 were downloaded. So, you will need to do a bit of clean-up if you have been manually entering transactions since the issue occurred.

The majority does not include me. My Nordstrom credit card is still getting a cc 601 error, no data.
It is not any comfort to me that it is "starting to resolve for the majority". It has been since November, getting different error messages, getting one download with charges and payments reversed, and back to getting error messages.
Time for Quicken to fix it. Past time actually.

I have a reminder every week to try and connect One Step Update to Nordstrom. Every time I try it, I still get the error "Sorry, we encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)"
I've had this issue since November and am completely at a loss for how this has not been resolved. It doesn't feel like anyone is trying to resolve this.

When is the issue going to be resolved, where the charges are coming as payments and vice versa?

I got the weird charge showing as credit in Quicken as well. Still broken but at least I can link the account again for the first time since November (I uninstalled then thinking I could reinstall, which, hahahaha nope). I guess I'll just use that card for purchases at Nordstrom itself and as a backup to a preferred card when traveling abroad.

Again today, I was able to connect from Quicken to Nordstrom card, but it only gave me one transaction, skipping several days of charges.
Again today, the one charge transaction that I got, was imported as a payment instead of a charge.
When is it going to be fixed so that A) all the transactions come in, and B) they come in correctly?

Charges are downloading as payments and payments are downloading as charges… I'm very glad I backed up FIRST because it completely reversed 8 YEARS of account history and there would have been no way for me to rebuild that.
I am marking this one as NOT RESOLVED.😡

Like many others, I can finally connect but downloaded transactions are recorded backwards - charges are posted as credits while credits are posted as charges.

Today when trying to update from my Nordstrom online account, I got the following Quicken message, a new one (I think) for me:
"Quicken is unable to update this account because Web Connect support for your financial institution has been either temporarily, or permanently discontinued [CC-885]."

I downloaded today and found that the online balance is accurate; however, it failed to download any Visa transactions. Additionally, it recorded a Nordstrom.com purchase as a credit instead of a charge.

I stopped receiving Nordstrom transaction downloads in October, so I have followed this thread. This week I reestablished the connection after seeing others have done so. My experience is this: I received no older / missing transactions. New downloads are missing some transactions. And yes, the charges show up as payments.
