Nordstrom Visa getting CC-511 error starting 11/7/24
Nordstrom Visa redesigned their web page, so now I can no longer download transactions via Quicken Classic (Verson R59.18, Build 27.1.59.18).
I am getting the "CC-511" error. Is there an ETA as to when this might be fixed?

Nordstrom Card returning CC511 error for me too, am running Quicken Classic Business & Personal on Windows 11, Quicken Version R59.18, Build 27.1.59.18, Manually just logged into Nordstrom Card website, which is a new website as of the last week or so , It is barebones. Limited features, As for Quicken , the website makes no mention of Quicken, or any third party app. There is no possibility to manually download a transaction qfx file. There is no option for authorizing third party apps like Quicken. I appears Nordstom is still building this website, presumably having already switched to its reduced functionality for cost saving reasons.
My guess is it is going to take a long time to get a Quicken connection working again with this merchant.

Yes, this is expected behavior. At least, it's the behavior I've come to expect. Quicken purports to have seamless connections to many financial institution but they always seem to be playing catch-up whenever an institution alters their system. It's almost as though they have no agreement with them at all. If it happened infrequently I'd have a different opinion, but it happens over and over again.

Same error here as well. I disconnected the account and then attempted to reconnect but that did not resolve the issue. In the deals, it looks like there is a "handshake" issue with sharing data.

I tried downloading directly from the Nordstrom Bank website and I got an error (OL-221) on that as well. I am NOT on a VPN.

While the OL-221 error you are getting when trying to import a QFX file is likely being caused by the same issue causing the CC-511 errors, per this article on troubleshooting Web Connect problems, I recommend checking your system date and time settings. If your system date/time are incorrect, that can sometimes cause the error message you're seeing.

Hi @Quicken Kristina - The date & time are correct on my laptop - I checked to be sure. I did a complete shut-down. and restart, but it still gives me that error, on top of the CC-511. Only that one account (Nordstrom Bank) is affected.

Please note that Empower/Personal Capital was able to get their connection fixed earlier this week (11/12 or 11/13_ after having a similar connection issue.
Please expedite this issue.

Is there any update on this continuing problem? Connection problems persist, but this morning the Error Code had changed to CC-501. I am using Quicken Classic Premier for Windows; version R59.35, Build 27.1.59.35
