Add me to the list…"no accounts found" when trying to re-add Paypal Credit after deactivating it.
Standard PayPal always works fine…it's only Paypal Credit that has these ongoing issues.

Hello @mryan69,
To assist with this, please clarify. Are you getting a specific error code? If possible, please post a screenshot of the exact message you are seeing. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
I look forward to your reply!

@Quicken Kristina No, there is no error code to be found. This is the same exact behavior I have reported on another thread regarding Betterment.
The login works, the password works, it simply states that no accounts stop can be found and added, therefore it will not link to Quicken.0 -
Thank you for your reply,
To further investigate this issue, please answer these questions:
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
- Is the account considered an external account (i.e. are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the financial institution's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
- Is the account a subtype of a different account?
- Has the financial institution made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
- Are you the owner of the account?
Thank you!

- There is weekly activity to this account, so yes…recent transactions.
- The PayPal website -may- consider this "external" since the Paypal Credit card is run by Synchrony. But it's always been like this.
- I'm using the built-in "Paypal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto" option in Quicken which is separate from normal "PayPal" which is working just fine.
- Website and App logins work just fine and show all details correctly.
- Yes, I own the account.
I appreciate your help, and I don't mean to be dismissive, but Paypal Credit breaks every few months, and then we play these games where we deactivate in Quicken, and try to reactivate, and it fails…and then Quicken and PayPal do whatever magic was needed behind the scenes and it gets fixed.
This is -not- a user issue. So these troubleshooting steps don't really accomplish anything. Reporting Paypal Credit as broken to whatever backend team at Quicken handles these Quicken Connect issues is going to be the solution…as always.
Thank you!
