Quicken Premier QuickPay/CheckPay Issues [Edited]
I just bought Quicken Premier and it's next to useless for me. I won't renew it when the subscription expires. Issues:
- CitiCards will not accept QuickPay payments. Quicken says it's Citi's decision not theirs but as I have 3 CitiCards (out of 5 credit cards I own) this is a major drawback.
- I have a school district which understandably only accepts checks to pay for my health insurance. But I just went to send a CheckPay payment to them ASAP and the earliest Quicken will even mail the check is December 13th or 2 1/2 weeks from now with a delivery date of December 23, almost a month from now. This makes no sense. Why can't a check be mailed tomorrow???
I regret I purchased this product as I thought it would simplify my life. Instead I have to make payments to these places from my Bank of America online account. Bank of America will issue a check tomorrow to the school district with an arrival date of December 4th - 3 weeks ahead of what Quicken would do. I consider Quicken Premier to be junk software.

Hello @James Chimera,
I'm sorry to hear that Quicken Premier didn't meet your expectations. Did you buy it exclusively for the Bill Manager functions, or were there other features you wanted to make use of?
Could you please provide more details about what happened when you attempted to use Check Pay? If possible, could you please provide a screenshot (with any personal information redacted) showing that the earliest the check would be mailed is 13 December? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
I look forward to your reply!

Hello @James Chimera,
Would you mind answering the other questions provided by @Quicken Kristina?
Also, please keep in mind that the delivery timeframe for checks sent through Check Pay are dependent on USPS. Typically the estimated timeframe is 3-5 business days, however, this is not guaranteed as certain factors can cause delays in mail delivery such as weather conditions, holidays, etc.
We apologize for any inconvenience! Thank you.

Quicken Jasmine— what other questions did Quicken Kristina have that I haven't answered. You can't blame USPS for taking almost a month to deliver a check that I authorize Quicken to pay. The screenshot even shows that you wouldn't even send the check until December 13th or 2-1/2 weeks from now.
How is this problem going to be solved?

Thank you for your reply and the screenshot,
In the screenshot, it looks like the date it will be sent is based off of the Arrive by date selected. Does it let you edit that date?
Thank you!

No I didn't change the date. It's the one that initially displays. BUT I see that I can change to an earlier date so I guess the problem is sort of resolved. I don't know why it defaults to a date so far out.

Thank you for your reply,
When is the payment due? I would expect the default date is based off of that due date.
Thank you!
