Citi Costco Card doesn't show up in online billers but can't add it

Citi Costco Card doesn't show up in online billers list but when I try to add it, it says that it is "already added"

    Hello @scott9,

    Just to be clear, did you mean to say this biller does or does not show up in the Online Biller list?

    Also, if you don't mind, could you please provide screenshots of what you are seeing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Also, are you trying to get QuickPay set up for this card?

    If so, exactly which Add Account financial institution is your credit card set up with? You can get this information from the Online Services or General tabs of Account Details or from Account List. If it is not Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi then you will need to change the connection to that and then try setting up Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi in Bill Manager. Only Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi currently supports QuickPay and both the OSU download connection and the Online Biller in Bill Manager need to be set up with only this financial institution. No other "Citi" financial institution will currently allow you to set up QuickPay for this credit card.:
