Change update release schedule

As previously mentioned in this post, the Quicken folk have a tendency to release Quicken application updates with dangerous timing (e.g. right before holidays, on Fridays, etc.). Today's (a Friday) release of R60.20 is another example. Releasing software updates with this timing is intrinsically dangerous given the typical unavailability of critical resources in the event an update breaks the software warranting immediate attention by Quicken devs.

Please cease release of Quicken updates just before holidays or weekends. Thank you.
