USAA Setup and Transaction Download

Well, another update to the program and a repeat problem. Again after doing the update for the program, you can not set up to download transactions nor update your USAA account. Deleted the program on the computer to be sure that all updates were included. Loaded last data file. Tried again and failed again. Tried editing the account in account list and it did not allow you edit nor have the transactions downloaded from USAA. USAA said it was a Quicken problem.

    I checked internally to see if you were receiving any error codes, but do not see any. Can you please elaborate and tell us exactly what happens when you try to connect? Do you see any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect?

    It may also be helpful to provide screenshots of what you are seeing. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
