Manual bill setup for a payment due every two years
I am using Quicken Classic Business & Personal on a Windows 11 desktop computer. Today I needed to add a couple of new bills that I will need to pay every two years. There is no bi-annual option,. Nor is there an option (like the one on monthly setup) to say pay once every 2 years (or whatever number for the situation. As it stands now, I had to set these up for yearly and somehow remember in a year when I get my reminder that I don't need to pay it for another year after that.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I can see that bill reminders don't have any intervals of longer than a year available to select.
That said, I did find a way to set this up without having to remember to skip a year. When you use the Monthly option, it lets you fill in how many months. Because of this, you can set a 2 year interval by setting the monthly option to 24 months.
If you'd like to see Quicken changed to include a bi-annual option in bill reminders, then I'd recommend creating an Idea Post. Ideas that get enough votes may be implemented in the future. For information on creating an Idea post, please review the post linked below.

F.y.i., scheduling frequencies like Yearly, every [x] years and a few other frequency types have been requested in this long-running Idea post / Discussion:
The reference to "partially implemented" applies to Daily, every [xxx] days which has been implemented.
