I have created my 2025 budget, however when I go to print it the header reads 'Current Budget-Current Year 1/1/25 through 12/31/25 using 2024 Budget instead of using 2025 budget. I think I have tried everything to change it to no avail.

    Hello @RK7,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. To clarify, is it the Actual column, the Budget column, or both that are showing values from 2024? Are you able to post screenshots of the incorrect current budget report and the correct 2025 budget (please make sure to redact personal information)? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

I look forward to your response!

    'Current Budget-Current Year 1/1/25 through 12/31/25 using 2024 Budget

The "Using …" text comes from the name of the budget table. In my example above, I'm using a budget table named "Budget 1". The actual budget year in use is based on the field Budget Year.
I assume your table is named "2024 Budget" and you created the budget for 2025 by extending your budget table from 2024 into 2025.

Rename your budget table to a name not containing the year, e.g., "My Budget" or "Budget 1", etc.
A budget table can span across multiple years.

To rename your budget go into the Planning Tab / Budgets view. Click the Budget Actions button, select View Options / Edit Budget Name.

In the current budget report this part:

Shows the budget that is selected to view.

Use this to select a different budget:
