OL-393-A error with Regions bank

I was having the 293-A error with Regions, then it worked for two days, now I am getting the OL-393-A error. Any troubleshooting steps?

Having the same issue. Followed article but did not help. I spent more than an hour with tech but got no where. She said she would escalate but that was more than a week ago. I got an email telling me the issue was fixed but it isn't.

I am using Direct Connect. It has been working well for a couple of months, but starting Feb. 6, 2025, I cannot upload billpay. I do get downloads of cleared checks and deposits, and my credit card downloads new entries. Only the billpay portion is failing.

Still getting OL-393-A error when downloading from Regions Bank. Running Release R61.17. Is there a work order tracking number… a similar error happened in Dec '25, it took a month to 'fix' ..

Please be advised that I am also receiving the OL 393 A error with Regions bank. Transactions are downloading but error message at end. The “last updated” info is not provided for Regions account.

Happened to me too. I also sent the error report. Hopefully this is resolved soon. I have bills I need to pay.

If it's getting close to time to pay bills, to avoid late charges, I recommend using alternative means to send the payments. You may be able to use your bank's bill pay to send the payments. Most billers also let you pay them through their website or by phone (some charge a fee to pay by phone).

It worked for a few days now the error is back. This is very frustrating. It seems like error after error lately. I have never had this many problems with Quicken before.
