Allow available cash within a taxable investment account to be included in a Total Liquidity Report

I discovered that the cash balance within a taxable investment account cannot be included when creating a Liquidity Report. When reviewing a Liquidity Report, these funds are buried within the total valuation of an Investment Account report. However, cash balances can be seen as available cash in the cash balance of the account. You cannot include this cash currently to a report (unless it is a separate account) when reviewing overall liquidity. Cash within an investment account may represent a significant portion to one's overall cash and should be made available in Reports. Thank you.

@stook4sail Please elaborate upon how you're creating that "liquidity" report. Maybe we can figure something out.

I'm guessing my request is the same as the original poster. I have a report I created that isolates all of my cash accounts (ie savings, checking, cash). I want to be able to add the cash in each of my investment accounts to this report so I have a one button click snapshot of where all my liquid cash lives. I was able to do this in the Windows Quicken version, and this is the only thing I really miss when I moved over to Quicken for Mac.

The only work around I'm aware of is to create a .csv export with all the account holdings listed under the "Investing" tab. After exporting, I then have to delete all of the investments listed within the spreadsheets to isolate only the cash held in my various brokerage accounts.
