National Bank of Arizona & Ally Bank

As of this week I cannot connect to these 2 banks. Is anyone else having similar issues? I contacted support and was told to disconnect then reconnect my downloads. I still can't access my accounts. The message I receive from Quicken is my log in information is not correct. I can log in to these banks directly on their websites and everything works well in Quicken for Windows. Quicken for Mac does not work. Anyone else having issues?

Hello @M Wax,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community to let us know you're encountering these issues. There is currently an alert for the FDP-103 (invalid credentials) error with Ally Bank. If you're impacted by this issue, I recommend bookmarking the alert, linked below, to be notified of any updates, once available, and know when the issue is resolved.
I can see that when you contacted Quicken Support yesterday, they escalated the invalid credentials issue you're having with National Bank of Arizona (ticket number 11646631). Since our escalated team is working on the issue, I recommend that you wait while they work to resolve it. They should contact you by email (the email address you provided to Support) if they need further information or when they believe the issue is resolved.
I hope this helps!
Quicken Kristina

I am adding Target Bank to my problems. The just did a new website launch and are active today. I am getting the same CC-503 error code as I do with Ally Bank, National Bank of Arizona, B&H Payboo credit card. This all happened after an Apple update and a Quicken update. I hope it gets resolved soon.

I have no specific knowledge of this bank, but I can say that if they just changed/relaunched their website to customers today, there's a very high probability that they haven't gotten around to making the changes needed on the interface Quicken uses. Or… they did make changes, but didn't notify Intuit (Quicken's connectivity provider) in advance, so it will now wait in Intuit's queue to make changes to work with Target Bank's new website. Either way, it's not at all unusual for there to be a disruption to Quicken's connectivity — often for a couple weeks — until everything is back to normal. (And Quicken has no control over any of this, other than reporting a problem to Intuit.)
