RESOLVED! 3/22/25 TIAA Bought Out By EverBank
We are receiving reports that users with TIAA can no longer connect or download transactions. This is due to Everbank buying TIAA out last fall, and it looks like it is going through a migration. This is a known issue that has been escalated internally.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

UPDATE 3/18/25
We advise TIAA/EverBank users experiencing issues with Quicken downloads to first change their password directly at EverBank. After updating the password, attempt to enable Quicken for transaction downloads again.
If the issue persists after changing the password, please contact EverBank for assistance in obtaining a username and password that will work with Quicken.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.
