One Fifth Third account no longer lets Show reminder transactions working. I've turned show reminder off and disconnected and reconnected account. Nothing changes. Suggestions?

The first two images show changing the reminder period has no affect. The third image is of another account which does display reminders. Both accounts had been displaying the same reminder period. The only change I made was to disconnect all the 53rd accounts and reconnect. (Unable to connect to 53rd mortgage account since the start of the year. The account isn't listed with the other accounts, but was previously.)

I'm not understanding what you're showing in the first two screenshots. They show two different accounts, one of which is set to 14 days and one of which is set to 30 days. The first is showing one reminder; the second is showing nothing in the future. But I don't understand what's wrong? And I don't know what you're referring to when talking about "53rd accounts".

(Jacob: look at the timestamps of pics and his screenshots will make more sense about order ((versus how they are attached)). I also suspect he/she is referring to 5/3 Bank. Note there are only 52 actual transactions in the "not showing reminder" account, so that might relatively new/without reminders. I don't know if he/she is expecting reminders setup from the 5/3 website, either. I'll let you takeover/resume answering. )

    Thanks, @John_in_NC. But I'm still confused. 😂

Two screen shots show an account with 52 transactions. One is set for reminders for Next 7 Days and the other is set for reminders for Next 30 Days. But neither one is showing any reminders. Is there a scheduled transaction in this account which is supposed to be showing? Those screenshots don't help me know what, if anything, is missing. The other screenshot shows a different account with 7,072 transactions; it is set to show reminders in Next 14 Days, and is showing one scheduled transaction coming up on 4/15. So that seems okay. Is there something which is missing there?

So again, I'm wondering if there's confusion that setting which scheduled transactions to see are unique to each register, and changing the setting in one account won't affect the setting in another account. The Bills & Income screen is a place to view scheduled transactions across all accounts. Or, one can click on a group heading in the left sidebar, like "Checking" or "Credit Card", or the higher-level "Banking", to see all transactions in that group — and each of these group registers can have its own Reminders setting.

This issue has been resolved. When disconnect account reconnected a new account was created not linked to existing. Existing account was deleted instead of new. I was able to restore from a backup to resolve. Thanks for the help.
