    Could you please clarify what specific issue you’re referring to with Charles Schwab and Quicken Classic for Mac?

    Looking internally, I’m not currently seeing any errors occurring with Charles Schwab on your account, so any additional details you can provide (such as specific error messages or behavior you're noticing) would be helpful.

    Some users across Quicken Classic for Windows, and Quicken Classic for Mac are reporting that transactions downloaded from Charles Schwab are showing $0 amounts. In some cases, it causes double transactions since the values do not match the manually entered ones.

    This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

    Are you having the issue described in the alert that you copied into this discussion earlier? If you are, then there currently isn't any ETA, but if you bookmark that alert, you should receive any updates, once they're available.

    @1rick There is very rarely any interim "update" on connectivity issues: once Quicken verifies and acknowledges the issue by posting an Alert, there is typically nothing more until (a) you notice the Alert message is updated to state that the issue is resolved, or (b) you notice while using the program that the issue is fixed.

    So you can bookmark and keep checking back on the Alert message you cited to see if there is any additional information, but as I said, there usually is nothing added until there is a fix.
