    Worked for me this morning. Typically, when this was a problem, even after logging to the web site and band-aiding the solution, I could hit the one step update button and it would mark all the ML accounts as not connecting - even though I had just successfully done it. So, all I'm saying is this morning it worked and then a subsequent update didn't spoil anything.

    I guess the proof is in what happens tomorrow morning. If I get my downloads and blue dots then it's worked 2 days I a row and as far as I'm concerned - it works again.

    Quicken Premier Mac Classic (since 2022), Quicken Premiere Windows (1995 - current, but not actively using since Mac conversion)

    Not working for me this morning without have to first log onto M/L to give Quiicken permission to download! :(

    My ML accounts are still working today downloaded @ 7:15 AM. I find this strange as we all had the same problem with some now working but others still requiring a ML logon to authorize downloads. Doesn't appear to me to be a Quicken problem.

    Day 2.  I just updated my accounts in Quicken, including Merrill Lynch Investments, without encountering any errors in Quicken Classic Premier Version 8.1.2 (Build 801.56902.100) on macOS 15.4.1.

    It worked second day in a row for me, so it's fixed on my end

    Started working on 4/23 in the afternoon, and is continuing to work today, so for me the headache is resolved. I hope that the same is true for everyone else, as it has been a frustrating and demoralizing experience.

    FINALLY, One Step Update worked twice so far today for M/L accounts without having to log onto M/L to authorized the Quicken download! Hopefully it'll continue to work in the days to come! Thanks to whomever is responsible for working the issue to resolution (hopefully permanent)!

    I just spoke to ML today 4/28/25 at 12:30pm. Nate said my accounts should work now. When I asked if Direct Connect was switched on he just said my accounts should work and there are no restrictions. I guess I'll call Quicken now….

    Quicken Oscar said my problem is different than above issue and I had me add my 3 ML accounts. At first it didn't work until I signed out and into ML portal. Then all activity uploaded without a problem! finger crossed…

    I still have the issue with Merrill Lynch. Last attempt 7:15 AM May 1. I am running Quicken Deluxe Classic Version 8.2.0 (Build 802.57256.100) for MacOS. Running MacOS 15.4.1.

    This continues to fail for me. My advisor called Quicken and Quicken says it is still unresolved. Today is 5/14/2025

    I have not seen any updates or comments from Quicken to these discussions. Last update by @Quicken Anja to

    was on April 24.

    Crickets. I'm starting to believe that Quicken just doesn't care. What a shame.

    This still doesn't work for me an I am running on MacOS. All fingers point at Quicken and Quicken is totally unresponsive regarding IF and WHEN they will fix this issue.

    @Bill48 Can you clarify whether you have followed what the quicken moderator said in her April 17 post: namely, to enable Direct Connect access on the ML website. If you've done that and it didn't help, did you contact ML as suggested. You're asking if Quicken is going to fix this, say that all fingers point at Quicken, and they won't say if or when they will fix it. The alert message first says that the problem was found and that it is at the ML end, and the subsequent post says the issue is still open. What makes you believe this isn't waiting for ML to fix something in their system?
