CC502

I just connected to Mobile Quicken yesterday and this morning have an error message, CC502. what would causer this issuer?

To clarify—are you seeing this error in the Quicken Mobile app, or in your Quicken Desktop program after attempting to sync with the Quicken Mobile app?
If possible, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you are seeing. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
