I'm using Quicken Classic Business & Personal (v R62.16) on Windows can't connect Coinbase to Quicken. I've tried several times from 3 different locations and different IPs over the course of several days, all give me the same error. I go through the connection setup process, authenticate the connection via the web browser pop-up, it confirms that the connection was approved, and then Quicken immediately says "Sign in to Coinbase - Bitcoin Wallet bank failed. Try again. Sorry, the sign in failed due to time out or a connection error. Select Sign In to authenticate via your web browser." Can anyone help?

    Hello @AJac,

Thanks for reaching out; we do apologize for the delayed response.

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.  Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.

    Let me know!

    Hello @AJac,

    Thank you for following up.

I reviewed the escalation ticket number you provided, and I can confirm that there is an active escalation open for this issue. Because the escalation is already in progress, we’re unable to proceed with any additional troubleshooting here, as it could interfere with the escalation team’s process.

I also see that a member of the escalation team sent you an email yesterday. When you have a chance, please respond directly to that email so they can continue assisting you further.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation!

    Thanks for following up.

I can see on our end that the escalation team did send an email yesterday, so if you haven't already, I recommend checking your junk or spam folder in case it was filtered there by mistake. That said, I’ll also go ahead and reach out internally to make sure the right team is aware and can follow up with you again if needed.

    Thank you!

i'm having the same problem. screen shot attached. note - i go through the Online Services setup in Quicken … log in to coinbase inside quicken and get a popup window stating "Success" (see attached) and then, when the system switches back to Quicken - quicken states "failed". I then get an email from Coinbase stating my quicken account has been attached … but quicken error persists. please contact me?
