Transaction log?- Balance adjustment (Q Mac)

I have a HELOC account with a Michigan bank. I often get transactions in my Quicken acct with a note 'balance adjustment'. When I logon on to my HELOC acct at the bank and look at the daily transactions, these 'balance transactions' don't exist.

Is Quicken creating them? Is there way to see the actual downloaded transactions from the bank?

When I look at Show Inspector the transaction doesn't look any different than a normal one except the note.

These balance adjustments really mess up my account.

Thanks

    Hello @pstarfam,

    Thanks for providing more information.

Usually, Quicken will enter a balance adjustment if the bank shows a different balance than what is in Quicken. By chance, is this account a revolving line of credit with variable interest rates? If so, Quicken is only able to track fixed interest rates at this time.

    Let me know!

I have added the transaction amount to the end of the Note, as I zero them out, just to keep track of what they were. I zero them out because the mess up my acct and balance.

This is an All-in-one mortgage acct- variable.

I guess I will continue deleting transactions.

    Thanks for your help.
