Delete payment methods in My Account without having to escalate.

If I want to delete a payment method in My Account > Payments, I have to use the AI chat bot, go back and forth for a few minutes, then ask it to escalate to Tier II.

This is frustrating. As long as we have a valid payment, we should be able to delete other payment options.

    Just out of curiosity … are you using Quicken for Mac or the Quicken on the Web companion application?

    Can you show us an image snapshot of what you're seeing? What exactly are you trying to do? Please explain in more detail.

    Please save images to files of file type PNG or JPG only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

    Do this:

    quicken.com > sign in > My Account > Manage Payments. Add a second form of payment if only one is listed. Then sign out, sign back in, and try to delete one.


    I’d send a screenshot but support already manually deleted my second form of payment.
