Quicken Version: Classic Premier; Operating System: Sequoia 15.3
I'm unable to download account updates for Vanguard. Each time I try, I receive the following error: Error Code: 16603…please try again later.
This issue has persisted, going on three weeks, and I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Verified my Vanguard credentials are correct; Refreshed account information in Quicken; Logged into Vanguard directly (no issues there); Attempted One Step Update and individual account update; Called Tech Support and submitted several screen shots.
Nothing has resolved the issue. Is this a known error with Vanguard connections, or is there a fix available?
Any help would be appreciated!
