For more than a decade, my Vanguard IRA value was correct. Recently it's off by about $$150,000

I've tried all of the recommended fixes. I just want the total Market Value to be correct. Help!

With only the information you've provided here it's just about impossible to respond to your question. Nobody here can know what's included in "all of the recommended fixes."

The value of the securities shown in your Quicken Account could be different that what you see at Vanguard for a whole bunch of reasons. Since this difference just showed up "recently", I'd suggest looking in the Account's Holdings, determine the exact date that the numbers diverged, and then, security by security, determined how they diverged. It's got to come down to some difference in the number of shares or the per share quote price, or both.

If it's a number of shares problem, then maybe a transaction or transactions that took place at Vanguard are improperly recorded in Quicken, or missing? If it's a quote problem, then does fixing the quote prices bring things into agreement?

If you can make that determination then come back and explain what you've found so somebody can reply in a meaningful fashion.

Or maybe there was a stock split that was not recorded correctly. A stock split should appear in the account's Transaction list (register) as a StkSplit plus sometimes a Sold of a fraction of a share. There should be no Added or Removed transactions for that security on the split date.
